I spent my early years as an empath (like many of us), holding space for the processes and emotions of the people close to me. In that sense, the ability to pick up on the energy of others started early for me. 

Every year, my parents would take me to the New Living Expo in San Francisco, there, we would get our aura pictures taken, and have a chance to see hundreds of booths filled with psychics, healers, crystals, art, nourishing food, and speakers sharing their newfound studies and methods relating to the rising wave of consciousness. 

Being as young as I was, I couldn’t completely comprehend all that was going on around me, but there was a natural comfort around spirituality, mysticism, and holism that seemed to stay with me throughout the years. 

At 19, I was introduced to quantum physics. It was then that I experienced a significant realization; there is indeed something(s) that exist beyond the current understanding of our material reality.  

Something that all humans, all life, and all matter, are connected to, and through. 

After all, we’re living in a world where energy is neither created nor destroyed, and particles are flabbergasting in and out of existence. From my perspective, scientists were starting to discover what spiritualists had spoken of for generations.  

Since then, I have been on a journey of exploring and learning different healing modalities and frameworks, to support myself throughout this life journey, and to support others through theirs as well.
